Hi friends, after reading around I am interested in participating in an amazing challenge this week. The challenge is titled: " Push-ups for upper body muscle" by sir @marvinvelasquez following the contest link.

Previously I also invited other friends such as Mr. @irawandedy, Mr @muzack1 , and Mr @pelon53.

Friends wherever you are, this time I will do a push up exercise with three types as explained in the material which are the three types, namely: The first exercise is shoulder and upper back flexion, and the second exercise is chest and back flexion, and the third exercise is parallel push ups.

Here I show you a video that includes the 3 exercises given in the material by the teacher:

Push ups are an exercise that is very necessary for the body to increase muscle strength in the chest arms to the back. Push ups are also a maneuver or an exercise in which we do it by bending our body parts in the usual way by doing some manual movements in the folds and joints and then giving a little pressure with the intention of maintaining strength and also to increase the strength that exists in our muscles both chest muscles and arm muscles to the back.

The first is a shoulder and upper back selection exercise. In this exercise we do push-ups by freezing slightly and letting our head fall into our hands. Even with some simple movements we also need to flex our arms and keep our shoulders and neck falling forward as shown in the video above. We can see in this first exercise that there are two sessions, one is easy and the other is hard or rough. It can also be seen in the video the difference between the two sides that the first session is easier and the second content is harder.

The second is the chest and back flexion exercise. In this exercise we rely on the traditional push ups that we often do even this is a push up that is often done by someone. In this push up there are three modes where there is easy mode, the second is normal mode and the last is mode already. In the first mode, namely easy mode, of course it is done very easily and not heavy so this is suitable for women. The second is normal mode which is the push up that we do most often and we even know push ups also with this normal mode, and the last is the third mode which is the difficult mode and even this mode is very heavy to do.

The third exercise is parallel push ups. These push ups only rely on the arms that lift our body where there are three modes as well, namely easy mode, normal mode and difficult mode. Almost the same as push ups, in easy mode, of course, it is done more lightly where there is a leg lift that is not hung while in the second mode, namely normal mode, it is done by hanging the legs slightly and the hardest is when in the third mode, namely hard mode, where the legs there are raised parallel to the thighs.

Que buen control de tu peso corporal tienes. Te felicito por ese gran logro, ya que cuando se llega a ese nivel, podemos tener dominio del cuerpo en general.

Tu video me hizo pensar en la importancia del equilibrio del cuerpo y, curiosamente eso también lo logramos con ejercicios de flexiones.
