Have you ever thought of creating a niche website with the hope of making thousands of dollars in revenue each month? If you are like most people who are trying to make a living on the internet, you have probably thought of creating a niche site. However, you might not know where to start.

Creating a niche site might seem daunting at first, you will have to do keyword research, write articles for your site, create your site, create a logo, set up an email newsletter and perhaps even set up a social media account.
While it may seem like there a many things you have to do to even get your website up and running this article will make the process much easier for you and I will break down the process of creating a niche site into bite-size chunks.

Are you ready to take a bite and build a niche website?

The aim of the niche site series is to create a successful niche site that makes $500 in revenue a month.
Here are 5 ways to help you to choose your niche. I will go into more depth on some of these points later in my niche site tutorial series. For now, they should help you to narrow down and choose a specific niche.

Step 1

Write out as many niche site ideas as you can using your own interests as a starting point. Think about any skills you are good at or topics you would like to learn more about

Step 2

Narrow down your niche based on: 1) the different products you can review and discuss 2) higher price tags and lower sales volume 3) are there any good affiliate programmes in your niche 4) are people making money in your niche? 5) Could you write 50-100 articles on your topic?

Step 3

Before you start creating your niche site: Write 5-10 articles about your niche. This will allow to get a feel for whether you will be able to create more articles in the future. If you struggle to write this number of articles, you should pick a different niche.

Step 4

Sign up for affiliate programs relating to your niche look at the different products on offer for you to market.

Step 5

Do keyword research to find 10 of the best key terms to try to rank for in your niche.
