Why don't you identify some properties with lower ratings than they deserve in your view and show some possible ways (@bookingteam.com 's style) which could help them to develop themselves to a better property?

There may be some other hosts with a similar condition where they break their head to know whats happening with their property. This helps to many people in the community and also justify your expertise in this stream. Possibly more engagement to you. I think you understood the benefits for both of you and your followers I am talking about.
