Most of the time, the goal of the job is exactly what makes people concentrate on studies. That's exactly why most the parents throw their children into the ocean of education. Though there are some parents who believe that business is better than the job and well, it's a fact. Business is better but the sad reality is that it is costly and not every person can afford to start a business.

Naturally, not all people should do businesses because even businesses require employees. Imagine if every person in this world is operating some kind of business, who the hell will take the responsibility of inner works of business?

Here's the sad reality: business is better but expensive and jobs are good for short-term return but difficult to get. In order to acquire any kind of job in the company, your interview will be taken by the interviewer to judge what kind of person you are and to confirm if you actually match their desired conditions or not.

Though preparation of the interview is not that hard it completely depends on how you look at this preparation phase. If you will assume that it's difficult, it will be difficult and if you'll assume that it's easy, then it will be easy for sure. That's a psychological effect. The best way of preparing for an interview is to get prepared for the most commonly asked interview questions and prepare their efficient reply, that's your first impression.

If you're also looking for a job, you'll definitely need to know those commonly asked questions and learn how to answer them. In this article, I'll help you with 5 common interview questions that might really increase your confidence in your preparation and should improve the chances of acceptance. Let's dig them together:

1- Tell me about yourself! (Or can you please introduce yourself?)

I remember when I first asked this question to my friend in-joke and he replied: "My name is Ali, I am from XYZ country, I was born in XYZ hospital" Lol!! WTH!

You're supposed to be formal in this conversation and try to be precise. You just need to tell them your name and maybe your country too, and then you should start telling them about your education briefly. If they ask you the details, then politely tell them that you've included everything in the CV and he can read from that. In this conversation, you must leave your ego in the refrigerator and just ignore whatever you find annoying. They ask such questions to check if you're sensible enough or not.

2- Why do you want to work in our Company?

Again, you need to keep your sentences short but effective because usually the time periods of interviews are small and you must give the interviewer an opportunity to consider you for the job.

You need to tell him all the relevant works you've done in the past and include why you want to work here with them. If possible, show the pieces of evidence of whatever you say. If you're applying for C# programming language coding work, then use some languages that how you've worked with IEnumerators, Coroutine and some function codes. But just take care of one thing, don't be over-smart. Your answer should contain 3-4 lines only and no more than that (except when necessary).

3- Where do you see yourself five years from now?

In other words, the interviewer is asking and trying to know what are your expectations for future and whether or not you have some big goals to achieve or just want to stuck in the same position. Some people do jobs just for the sake of passing time and they don't care the quality of their work. That's why the interviewer is trying to know your level of interest.

You should explain your work experience and give enough reasons before answering the main question. Like "Considering my skills of C#, I am sure that I can work for the success of this company with great pace and that's why I expect that I might get hired as a manager in this Company once I prove myself to everyone"

4- What is your salary expectation?

This is one of the most commonly asked questions in the interviews. The question is very easy to answer but if you tell them that you expect $100,000 per month salary when you already know that your work is worth no more than $3,000 per month, then consider getting yourself kicked out!

Just be realistic. If you're not sure, then do preparation to answer this question like look for the people who do similar work and try to know what such people receive as a salary. The amount varies with each country, so make sure that those people are also from the same country or else the amount of salary might be misleading.

5- What is the key to success for a good player?

Ask yourself, what can be the key to success of such people? Well, it's focus and communication skills, and ability to form the team and balancing all of them. In short, you can say that "the good moral behavior, communication skills, network building quality and dedication towards the work with patience, are the keys to success for a good player".

If you have any good examples to cite from your real life, then consider doing so because that's usually the last question by the interviewer, and remember! The last impression is the pasting experience. The ending conversation of your interview is what's going to determine your destiny!

To keep everything short, the best tactic is to keep the sentences short but full of meanings. That will make the interviewer think that you're the wise person and don't like to keep talking just to explain how good you are. That's also going to save the time of yours and your interviewer and probably he'd appreciate that too. If you're going to an interview, then good luck!

This really is a great post, I love your humorous outlook to what can sometimes be a really stressful encounter! I think a reasonable amount of humour, introduced by the interviewee is also a good idea - it can subtly show the prospective employer that you have the ability to handle stress (the interview) without losing your cool. It will also give you an indication of what type of person the interviewer, who might end up being your boss, is. Thank you for sharing.

Humor is an extremely important tool. Being a serious and hard workers, but also loose and funny, is a rare combination.

this is such a helpful post. It is going to make my interview sessions more interesting from now on. And i will make sure to also keep my ego in the refrigerator... But i tell you those interviewers can be really annoying...lol

Yes, I agree that taking one's ego out of the way can be useful sometimes.

Great info @communitycoin. If you guys ever interview me I'll kill it. Thanks!

Lol... I'm applying as well. 😀

Great Post! It's important to respond to each question with "specific" situations/ scenarios. One of the most common mistake during an interview is speaking in general terms.

I hadn't thought of that, but you're right. Specific examples and stories provide evidence, showing how a person thinks and acts, whereas generalities are very...general.

I totally agree with the 5 things you wrote above. Because it seems that at the end everyone will trust the business as a worthy life stick. Indeed there is a time in the business there is a name of his broken and growing but it will return to normal when the two were already in the lalui. I applaud this community. Keep going and hope very genius in my eyes @barzah

A nice post and a very helpful one . With this I think I'm ready for any interview, can't wait for my next interview, I'll definitely kill it.
Thanks for sharing
@raymondbruce

The problem most of us have when it comes to interviews is time management, we tend to talk more instead of going straight to the point which disqualifies us. I find this post really helpful, i just realized it's not how long your statement is but how meaningful

Nice to follow you.Thank.

this is very interesting
