A MUST EMBEDED FACTS ABOUT CAREER/TALENT MANAGEMENT
I'm posting a Lil note about career management and I'm looking at writing a book on career and talent management.. My life in the industry as an Artist manager, Talent developer, songwriter, A&R, promoter of good music has been great and wonderful breding talents, developing them into becoming a huge success in their career..
Working on a rookie in the music Industry as an A&R is the most amazing thing I've enjoyed including writing and composing of any genre of music.. Talent management in the music business is the science of using strategic human resource planning to improve the value of a talented artist into becoming a professional in his/her career and to make it possible to reach their goals. Everything done to recruit, train, develop and make people perform, forms a part of talent management..
