RE: Blogging for Beans: Business Philosophy and a Short Story

in #business8 years ago

I love coffee! And you have all my supports and love for this great project. I'm currently conducting some wholesale with a tea company from India but coffee is my favorits. My only problem is it when I drink it sometimes I get hands tremor, does it have something to do with caffeine or coffee sorts?

Sort:

I'd say that's most likely from the caffeine. How much do you drink? What kind of coffee (beans, roast)?

Espresso, italian imported beans, Arabica I guess... but when added latte I don't feel those side-effects.

Espresso

I think I have pinpointed the issue. Espresso typically has anywhere from 2-6 times as much caffeine per ounce than regular drip coffee. Of course, how it affects you will also depend on how much you drink, whether or not you add anything to it, how quickly you drink it, etc.

I guess that' the issue. Still love espressos so I add milk to neutralize the side-effects. Tried some very good coffee beans lately but hate the fact that I might have low tolerance for caffeine. :) Thank you for your answer.
