Should you buy a Coroplast Sign or a PVC sign?
When you want to make an outdoor sign, PVC and Coroplast are the two main materials that are recommended to print on. Especially during the elections, you might see a lot of Coroplasts. Like the PVC they are both resistant to rain, heat and wind ( reasonable wind, not tornado). It is easy to print on both and in both situation, you'll have a good result.
What is the main pro of the Coroplast: The price, it is really cheap for something that has to be outside. The color will stick properly for a while and not wash at the first rain.
What is the main pro of the PVC: Its durability. It is built to last. While a Coroplast will last a year or two, a PVC will tend to last around a decade. Usually it will cost around twice or thrice of a Coroplast of the same size. So if you plan on staying in business for long I highly recommend the PVC, it will stay with you for longer.
So for a cheaper solution buy a Coroplast and for a long lasting one buy the PVC
