Never Pay A Registered Agent Fee Again In The First Year [Incorporation]

Need to form a for-profit or non-profit entity on the cheap? It's bad enough paying government fees for any purpose let alone filing or registering essentially "air" but to then have to pay a Lawyer or another "Professional" to serve as the company's Registered Agent is just annoying. It's basically a do-nothing job that nearly anyone can perform for a fee. Granted, receiving important urgent legal papers is no laughing matter. 

One company I've discovered gives you the first year of Registered Agent  services absolutely FREE! [Might I suggest using a prepaid card to sign up with them] No, I have no connection to them whatsoever [apart from being a client] and I've noticed after the first year they do bill at an outrageously high $99.00. So they really make up for giving you the first "hit" free just like any good "dealer." But I've also noticed that they are not so swift about collecting future Registered Agent fees from companies in the second year and seldom do they ever withdraw as the Registered Agent for failure to pay their fees. Instead, they just spam you with bills after your first year is up. Of course, you could do the ethical and moral thing - in actually paying them. 

Yes, they do offer all 50 States. Have fun in forming your Delaware Corporations and Wyoming LLCs. The latter now lets you do it online just like in Colorado and Florida! Yippee! Hurray! But for those not wanting to have to file annual reports with Secretaries of State to save money and to maintain greater privacy then I personally give a nod and a wink to the State of New Mexico for limited liability companies. Though you need to send in the paperwork the old fashioned way to Santa Fe.
