in #business6 years ago

Every business establish whether big or small needs growth and expansion. It is shocking to know that many business well establish even with good capital do not stand the test of time.
There are varying factors that can bring down a growing business and should never be allowed near any business;

Just no relationship can grow on the bedrock and foundation of lies, so is it not possible for any business to grow in the bedrock of lies. It seems like a joke when you tell people to be truthful when it comes to dealing with your business, lie can never bring customers to you neither would it make them stay but rather it would chase them away ones they discover the truth. I am no way advising that you should tell your customers everything pertaining to your business for it is very bad when your costumers know how you bought a particular product, but when ask concerning the quality of a product, it is the most important thing to do when you are honest about it. This would not only make your costumers stay but it would make them trust you.

Arrogance/ pride

It is sad to know that most business men and women ones they start getting much costumers they become full of themselves and act as though they can do without the customers which is completely not true. No matter the multitude of persons waiting on the queue for your service do not act arrogantly towards them regardless of their look and their appearance.

when you a treat a customer wrongly then know you have offended ten persons, because the one hurt will your ill mannered attitude would tell it to ten more person meaning you have lost eleven persons but if you treat a customer rightly he would go and bring more persons to you.

Lack of confidence

Confidence is a key to every growing business, most times the way at which you relate to issues with your customers has a large role in determining their stay. I remember years ago while attending to a customer, she asked me about the product, how quality it is, but because of the truth that I have not tested the product I could not confidently reply her, this actually pissed her off and she left. I am in no way saying that you should lie as lieing would kill the business neither am I saying you should be pride but if such matter arise, it is important that you reply with much confident, let the boldness be seen all over you.
