Everyone's happy. Your customer gets free website. Your hosting partner gets customer. You get paid by giving your hosting partner a customer.

I do agree that being a freelancer website buillder does make a good living if you can position yourself. take @fatpandadesign for example, solid guy. If i ever need to have a good website built, he's my man.
