What they mean is that 1. Vision statement is putting down your aims, aspiration and where you would want to be in future in writing while the mission statement is the process, the how and the necessary implementation you need in other to make the brand stand out among the rest.
Giving it a slogan; A slogan is a word or phrase that is easy to remember used for adverts that symbolizes what a brand stands for.
Defining your specialization; you must be able to make the world know what it is you do as simple as possible

This is the stage were you let people know about what you have to offer and what they stand to gain, all of this can be done through these medium.
Media; This is the most lucrative medium of publicizing your trademark as it is also the most expensive, this medium comprises of the television, radio, news papers
Prints; This medium is next to the media In terms of the expensive nature in this medium the following comes to mind, posters, banners, hand bills, calendars,
Man to Man; This is my best medium of awareness creation as it will cost you almost no money but just your intellect and your level of rapore. It has to do with you letting you living your unique mark on one person letting him/her feel the impact and then that one person takes the message to three others then the three other people doubles the number before you know it the hole community knows about you.
Internet; This as you all know is the most modern medium of awareness creation it cost a little amount of money in the internet, there is a saying that publicity is free. all you pay for is an access to the internet as there are free publicity sites like. Facebook, twitter, youtube, google, yahoo so many to mention but I will live you with this few.

           MARKETING STAGE

Word of mount marketing; This form of marketing helps you sell yourself by your self, it has to do with you being able to make an intelligent presentation on your trademark directly to the people who want to buy into what you have to offer.
Agent marketing; This has to do with you living the business of marketing to the so called professionals known as marketing their marketing is based on commissions or percentages.

If have a project of a N100,000 to carry out and I need investors first I must have my 10%(10000) in cash before calculating other ways I am contributing like ideas, been the owner of the initiative etc. if you do not have the 10% on you it will get very frustrating and you may not be able to secure your idea or initiative as it can easily be taking away from you.
