CONENTS and SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT: Within and Without
For every establishments or organizations, there must be a special consideration and attention for Strategic Development of Contents and Systems. Even within the organization there must be an Internal Administration that focuses on the systemic operations of the organization as a holistic entity.
Contents and Systems Department is simply where all other departments should be driven from mostly as regards to how they need to work integrally with other departments or teams. The major function of this department is for the purpose of creating ad providing contents (elements of operation), structuring systems and processes needed to run the organization in an effective and wholesome manner.
Contents and Systems will also be responsible for coming up with strategies of operation, implementations and engagements both within and without the organizayional workspce. As much as possible, it will also create a working system that will facilitate integrative operations between all departments in the organization.
Content and Systems Department focuses more on the entities wthin the organization and ensure they are systemically working in sync before entities without are considered. C&D is a little bit different from R&D because it takes the entities within (employees/staff) seriously just as it like the entities without (customer's preferences). It also collates data from the entities within.
The major operations of Content and Systems Department are:
DRAFTING
This involves developing or creating the elements of operations, solutions, methods, tactics and strategies towards implementation and/or execution. This is the stage where proper research, analysis, decision and documentation of what needs to be done in the short, medium and long term. Also, this stage will comprise of definition and redefinition of what needs to be done and how it affects each department.
CRAFTING
This involves building the solutions into deliverables, products or services that are responsive to the department’s need for the purpose of optimum functionality. This is the stage where the operation begins to take form i.e. where we begin to craft solutions based on the decisions into what can be experienced. This can be piloted before making it mainstream within or without the organization
GRAFTING
This is the stage where all crafted, tested and trusted solutions or methods need to be introduced and integrated into the system for productive experience and realization of the desired changes that the Contents and Systems Department has envisioned based on the nature of the internal workings of the organization. The aim is to change their responses to life around them!
Unlike the R&D Department, C&D Department is
Not only work findings but also facilitate implementations and productive changes base on the findings.
Responsible for Designing systems for the change needed
Interested in how other departments or sectioons of the organization function toether as an indivisible entity.
