Amazon just spend 1 billion dollars on Former Shark Tank Product
Jamie Siminoff pitched his idea of 'smart doorbell' in a Shark Tank reality show. A show where budding entrepreneurs pitch their business idea in front of investors so as it make it fruitful and make it a successful. These investors called (sharks) have made their own business from just scratch to lucrative empires.

Sharks turned down the offer where he asked for $700,000 for merely 10% stake. He was in need of money to step up his then struggling startup called "DoorBot". He claimed that his startup was worth $7 million.
Later the judges regretting found out that his business has reached $460 million (at that time). The company makes Video Alert for doorbell, which helps the owner of the house know who arrived on the door. Be it your awaited guests, family members or any thief, you would get to see it on your phone both on the screen and via app. It works through motion detecting technology that sense when someone approaches a door then this WiFi enabled device automatically signals the video straight on the screen and your smartphone.
It is such an advantage for parents who leave their children at home alone or with just a baby sitter to be safe and prevent entry of suspicious people. It would be also helpful for older people. Anyways, they turned down the offer.
Amazon on the other hand just zapped the deal two days back, saying that 'DoorBot' now called 'ring' would play nicely with Amazon Key in an attempt to be major service provider for home security. It is the service where they provide deliveries inside your home when you are out.
Another stroke in history has been missed and created today.
