Steve Wozniak is the first guy to develop a working prototype of a home computer with his TV set and Jobs taught that one day computer will become mandatory in every home (earlier computers were used for business purpose and dedicated to office use only) so he started Apple which manufactures computers for home and today his dream became true and now every person wants his own computer.
If Steve Wozniak would have the same taught process that Jobs had, he would be the CEO of Apple, he knows how to design a computer but don’t know how to market and sell it, he didn’t saw the future of home PC that’s the main difference between a Heart and a Brain.
To make a business firm successful you need to see the future, you need to understand your consumer’s mind like what they want ? and what are they looking for? you need to use people’s skill and make them work for you, that all it take, not the Hard work!
