@anns facebook will not ban you because you have multiple fan pages.

There isnt a limit on the amount of fan pages you can have, there IS a limit on the amount of personal profiles you can have...you can only have 1 personal profile page on facebook, you can have unlimited about of fan pages.

By the way I have multiple fan pages and I'm the admin for 6 or 7 other fan pages. Been doing it for years and I have NEVER used proxies.
