I like the customer centered image! Design a product or service with the customer in mind and solve a problem for them. Your success will have much more to do with your effort than it will have to do with your age!

The customer comes first from a practical standpoint. Then your workforce. The bottom-line hinges on the previous 2 so sort that out first!
