What should you stockpile for Brexit?

Brexit has turned the UK into a nation of preppers. All the newspapers are writing "what you should stockpile" articles, so I thought I'd do one of my own.

The first thing you should do is stockpile stuff that you like and comes from Europe. So start buying an extra bottle of wine each week and store it in a cool place (Brexit means starting your own wine cellar!)

Other than that, you want dry goods that keep a long time. So bags of rice, lentils and pasta. Tinned food is always handy, anything from baked beans, soup, tinned pineapple, peaches and grapefruit, tinned mackerel. and sardines, that kind of thing.

If you have one of those big freezers, this is the time to stock up on all those frozen chicken kievs that are produced in Europe.

And don't forget your medicine cabinet. If you are on any sort of medication, stock up well in advance,
