Forgiveness is Conscious

We might have had some not so good memories of hurts in our lives. We might have been betrayed,belittled and taken advantage of by people we trust.

Of a true, as long as you breath and relate with fellow human, you'd have experience some level of betrayal and hurt by people closer to you.

Holding bitterness and pain withing you will not help your emotional life, it will lead to you having issues with newer relationships and can absolutely be disastrous to your social life.

It is advisable to free yourself of the toxic emotion of guilt, inferiority, unworthiness and anger. Resentment will do you no good.

To fulfill your potential, to attain absolute mental capacity and to get free your emotional and spiritual well being you absolutely must be free of resentment and forgive everyone who has hurt you.

You must learn to let go and quit and walk away from negative emotions that will limit you on your journey to a happy ending

It is said that resentment can be attributed to putting someone in a prison and you being the warden.

You will forever be trapped too, because as long as you remember what the person did, your character and emotion will be altered and you will feel bad again.

I hope today you'll make a conscious effort to forgive that person and move on, love is conscious, you choose to love, it doesn't happen by default.

Open your heart today and do away with toxic emotions, forgive where you're meant to and love without expectations.
