Ingredientes
500 gr de fresas
250 gr de nata montada*
4 huevos
Azúcar al gusto
Preparación
Primero Haz un puré con la fruta sin añadirle agua, conservando la consistencia que su propia pulpa y líquido le darán. Luego mezcla la nata con el puré de fresas , Ahora toma los huevos y separa claras de yemas. Con ayuda de una batidora, remuévelas hasta conseguir que estén a punto de nieve. Agrega el azúcar y bate un poco más, hasta que la mezcla quede homogénea. Por ultimo Incorpora suavemente la nata fresada al nevado, revolviéndoos . Cuando ya sean uno solo, vierte todo en vasos o copas de vidrio.
