Omelette francesa
Ingredientes
5 huevos.
200 gramos de champiñones.
2 cdas. de queso crema.
cebolla.
200 gramos de queso mozzarella.
Sal y pimienta.
Preparación
Primero batimos los cinco huevos, agregamos las cucharadas de queso crema y batimos
Así agregamos sal, pimienta y cebolla a los huevos crudos también rallamos el queso mozzarella. Y en un sartén aparte sofreímos los champiñones y le agregamos los huevos batidos no los mezclamos todavía hasta que estén bien cocidos por un lado.
Damos la vuelta al omelette cuando los huevos estén bien cocidos.
