When last have you looked around you to see everything that you have to be grateful for?

Did you know?

There is scientific evidence that expressing genuine gratitude on a daily basis can improve physical health as well by improving quality of sleep, cardiovascular (heart) health and immune function.

So what should you be grateful for?

You should be grateful just to be alive! We are all down the dumps because of the cryptobearmarket and various other reasons, but there are so many other things in your daily life, that you should be grateful for.

Be grateful for what your parents have taught you in life. Be grateful for the teachers that taught you the skills and gave you the knowledge to be where you are today.

Life is so screwed up sometimes, but no matter how bad you think it is, it is still a gift.  There are so many people that don't get a chance to make it as far as you did.

Disease, poverty and crime, claim thousands of individuals each year. If you don't have much, remember that money is not important.  You made it this far, so be grateful for the little things in life.

Be grateful for your friends that help you through difficult situations, and the fact that they are there through thick and thin. (If they are real friends they will support you through complicated situations.)

Be grateful for you mind, even if it feels as if you're losing it sometimes....be grateful for your senses. You can still see, hear and feel.

Be grateful for your health...it could be far worse that what you feel now.

Be grateful for every  little opportunity that you get in life, and you will feel more content, and ultimately you will feel happier.

Every day you are looking down on the grass is a good day.
If you are looking up at it, you are in deep ####.

This series is cracking me up. In a good way. A few episodes I bemoaned that getting out of the comfort zone isn't easy.
Day 11 should have been on Tuesday, 'cos that's when I was forcibly given the freedom to leave that comfort zone.
Today I'm grateful for various friends and ex-colleagues who have come forward to help me find a new comfort zone.
So yeah, life is good, and will continue to be as long as the bank account is positive.
As another Steemian put it: now I can post more Steem blogs!

My way of dealing with things in my life is to write about it. I decided to keep going with this challenge to try and motivate myself....so I'm glad it cracks you up...lol

I once heard that a great way to be happy is to grateful. Once you start fishing for things to be grateful for, you start seeing life in a more positive way.
