And that is a very hard question to answer i tell u. Formal Education is that kind of education which we get formally. Like in school ,college, university or any kind of institution. These institutions gives us a certificate to prove that we actually have studied. And that is why they are called formal education. Formal education is somewhat important. Cause you are getting to know that things which formally you should now. With the help of the certificate of formal institute , you will be able to get a good job. These are the benefits of formal education. But the problem starts when formal education tries to impose memorizing into the students. In many subjects we get to see that if you want to get good marks you have to start memorizing. And that becomes a real problem for many students. Because memorizing is not easy . And also it does not help to grow creativity. And let me tell you creativity is very important. A creative person will be able to find answers to the difficult questions in difficult situations. Where student who just did memorizing in his entire student life, will find it very hard to do well in the jobs. Because he will not have any kind of practical knowledge. He will only have the booking knowledge , which is needed but he will not be able it use that knowledge in a practical situation. Today you will see many many people are drop out from colleges. Because most of the colleges now a days do not teach creativity.
