See the world from the perspective of others and you will learn their true intentions. More often than not, we are too quick to judge a person by it's cover or the actions that they take without realizing that sometimes they come from a place of fear. If we react in fear to fear, we just create more and more fear. If we understand our enemy and become our enemy, we are able to truly create a more positive environment for the both of us.

If you see the world as they do, you also learn what their strengths and weaknesses are. I believe that if we see the world as they do, we are also able to understand one another. We understand why they do what they do. It's very similar to if we a walked a mile in someone else's shoes, we would understand why they do what they do.
