Oh, that's exactly how Steem Power should be used: for desired allocation of rewards.
No, I'm not a whale, and no, you haven't been flagged because you are a minnow.
This way I'm reallocating rewards from low effort, spammy, reward milking, pseudo posts back to reward pool so content curators can make a better use of them.
