Good health go beyond eating good food,regular exercising of your body,have a good rest and going for regular medical checkup as prescribed by the doctors and dietician.
Overall health and wellness are dependent on your spiritual soundness.
Cos recent medical studies indicate that spiritual people are less prone to self-destructive behaviours like suicide, smoking, drug and alcohol abuse, and have less stress and a greater total life of satisfaction.

Almost everything can be bought except life. To enjoy life one must practice self restraint most especially on fatty and processed foods,soda drinks and alcoholic drinks which can lead to diseases like diabetes, pancreatitis .Sedentary lifestyle all this can downgrade quality of life.
