Además, la ecuación E es igual a m c-cuadrado, en la que la energía se pone igual a la masa, multiplicada por el cuadrado de la velocidad de la luz, mostró que cantidades muy pequeñas de masa se pueden convertir en una gran cantidad de energía y viceversa.
