I agree that on boarding is an important issue. We have one chance to “get it right”. If Kim Kardashian joined tomorrow and her followers could not get accounts ... the horrible press release would clobber us. We need to be ready in advance for this type of thing to happen.

    True, but I think we still got some time until that happens. Hopefully it doesn't happen before SMT and communities are finished.

    I agree we have time but you never k ow wxactly when our time runs out. The next bull run is going to draw in a lot of new people and we need to be ready was my only point.
