Talavera is a town situated at the very heart of the province of Nueva Ecija in the Philippines.
It is home to one of the most popular condiments in Nueva Ecija if not the whole Philippines. Some of these condiments are Patis, Toyo, and Suka (Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce, and Vinegar).

Talavera is also an agricultural town. Its territory is mainly covered with rice fields being watered by a network of water irrigation system.
