Airdrop tutorials: my experience

Today's gist:
Yesterday being the 7th day of January was my first time to attend a tutorial @stach uyo steem accelerator hub uyo. The session was handled by @enolife. It was fun,educative, interactive and comprehensive. He made sure everyone was on the same page. He briefly educated us on airdrop tokens.
AIRDROP TOKEN
most if us here on Steemit has heard of airdrop token buy we don't know what it means but I will try to highlight you from what I learnt. In airdrops there is a term call ICO ICO is a rate at which a coin is sold and these coins are sold in flat rate which cannot be use for exchange since they have little or no value in the exchange market. This coin has no value in the wallet and so, has to be given out first to customers of other coin in order to create awareness. When this coins are given out to different customers it starts gaining value because this people will take to the exchange market to see if they can sell it out. When once it is sold out, the price stands and the value grow. And in some cases where this coin grow rapidly, demand increases.

BENEFITS OF AIRDROP TOKENS
some of us might think airdrops are not real or maybe they are useless but there are not useless. Most of them are valuable especially those like bitcoinred or dark or blue etc. They grow from this stage.
One of the benefit is that it is free.Airdrops tokens as earlier said is. They are given to us free so as to enable it gain value. And when this coin let me use teasercoin increases in demand, and has a standardized rate of exchange then you gain if you had that particular teasercoin.

EXCHANGES FOR TOP CRYOTOCURRENCIES:
We used teasercoin as an example of airdrop token. Furthermore, when this coin goes to exchange market and booms then you can use it to purchase little amount of other cryptocurrencies. Hence, make use of your airdrop tokens wisely.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AIRDROP TOKENS

1. Bitcoin talk account: This might not be necessary. It depends on the developer's requirements. This days they do not need this account any more but in case it is needed do well to get the account set.

2. Almighty Telegram account: this is the most important requirement out of all. Information's about the kind of airdrop available are displayed here. Here you can showcase your referral links.

3. Download +plus messenger.

4. Install and open it

5. Fill in the requirements like your username, phone no. Etc.

6. Your account is ready.

7. Have a social media account like twitter (very important), Facebook.

8. Finally, a wallet: I will really emphasize on this wallet issue. Most of the airdrop tokens given out are ether tokens. Ethereum has what we call smart contract where another coin can be built on instead of creating another wallet. Imtoken is one of the wallet you should have. It is preferable to have imtoken wallet than coinbase. But some airdrops give the type of wallet to download.
   Try to follow their instructions to avoid missing chances.

WHY COINBASE SHOULD NOT BE USED
Coinbase is an app that comprises of 4 wallets which are bitcoin wallet, bitcoincash wallet, ethereum wallet and litecoin wallet. In cryptocurrency there is a key known as a private key. Typical example is your Steemit password. When this key is misplaced everything you had in your wallet will be gone. Coinbase in this case has no private key whereas imtoken has both private key and recovery phrase. Everything in that wallet belongs to us as far as we have a private key our wallet can't be hacked easily.

NOTE:

1. Do not use exchange wallet
2. Use a wallet with private key and address for referrals.
   3.Telegram, twitter and Facebook account.
3. Bitcoin talk account if needed
4. Follow instructions about that airdrop.
