A man or woman who permanently cultivates and cares for the thoughts that enter his mind is a human being who has risen to a level far above the common standard.

That person who always seeks to learn and evolve acquires certain basic principles, being those in reality the ideals that identify their iron disposition to growth.

Regarding the ideals, at the beginning of the 20th century the Argentine thinker José Ingenieros mentions in his great book "the mediocre man" the following:

"Without ideals, human evolution would be inexplicable. There were and always will be. They beat behind every magnificent effort made by a man or by a people. They are successive beacons in the mental evolution of individuals and races. The imagination ignites them continually surpassing the experience, anticipating their results "

In the path of mental and spiritual development, the man or woman superior is not without errors but learns to handle with heuristic ability, also meets with small victories and congratulates himself for it but only to himself, taking it in moderation and maintaining the humility. As this noble and empathetic person advances, he realizes that he can achieve greater things, regardless of the main objective he chose for his life.

The human being who has reached a higher level detests belonging to the flock, rises higher each day, and although he respects the choice of others, he seeks to distinguish himself and show himself in his particular way with that incomparable personality that illuminates and attracts.

José Ingenieros regarding the superior man said:

"The superior man is a profitable accident for human evolution. It is original and imaginative, mismatching the social environment to the extent of its own variation. This is superimposed on hereditary attributes of the "soul of the species" and the imitative acquisitions of the "soul of society". It is a precursor of new forms of perfection "
