‘You’ll Never Be Silenced’: Nick Cannon Vows to Finish Medical ‘Cure’ Documentary of Murdered Rapper

in #busy6 years ago

As the Free Thought Project reported on Monday, Grammy-nominated artist and documentary filmmaker, Nipsey Hussle was gunned down in front of his Los Angeles clothing shop Sunday afternoon. Hussle had been working on a documentary on Dr. Sebi and his claims of curing cancer and AIDS which caused many to speculate that this was the reason for Hussle’s murder. TFTP pointed out that this documentary may never see the light of day now that Hussle is dead but all that could be about to change as actor and fellow artist, Nick Cannon announced that he will be picking up where Hussle left off.

On April 1, Cannon posted a photo of himself and Hussle to Instagram noting that Hussle “will never be silenced,” and that he is going to “pick up the baton” to finish this “marathon.”

In the post of the photo, Cannon wrote the following:

“And the Lord said, “Job well done my son..” @nipseyhussle King this is how I want to remember you! Laughing! Smiling! I ain’t slept yet, thinking about our conversations! Real ones from a real one! And I’m gonna say this only for the real ones to recognize. Where you left off, we gonna carry one! It’s a MARATHON, so I’m picking up the baton! Because they can’t kill us all! Spiritual Warfare is REAL and in full effect. And now your Spirit is protecting your community eternally! Your words, your steps, your walk always was and always will be SOLID! Now, Your message is my message! Your work is my work! I know you still rocking with us and your voice will never be silenced, because to be absent from the body is to be present with the Most High! So now that you are at Peace don’t Rest… Keep leading… Keep Shining King! Cosmic Love My Brotha!”

While Cannon didn’t specifically mention Dr. Sebi in the above post, he subsequently went on to post multiple videos of Dr. Sebi on his Instagram profile, confirming that this is what he meant.

In the posts, Cannon proudly exclaimed that they “can’t kill us all” and there is “unfinished King business.”

Cannon’s posts were liked and commented on by big names like actor Terry Crews, Playboy playment and artist Vida Guerra, and others.

Many of the comments on Cannon’s post came with warnings to be careful and to “protect Nick Cannon.” These echoed posts TFTP reported on yesterday that were posted by people who knew what Hussle was working on weeks before Hussle was gunned down in Los Angeles.

Surveillance video was released Monday night by LAPD of the murder which appears to show that Hussle knew his killer. They also released an image of the person wanted in the investigation. Monday night the LAPD said they are looking for 29-year-old Eric Holder.

Moments before the fatal shooting, Hussle had tweeted: ‘Having strong enemies is a blessing.’ While many people believe Hussle was killed for working on the documentary, others say it was because he was buying up property to legitimize himself in the area, or that it could have been over a personal feud earlier in the day.

As TFTP reported, while Hussle was an amazing musician, in more recent years, he became outspoken about helping to lift up the black community and promoted the works of Dr. Sebi.

Dr. Sebi was a controversial figure who Hussle believed was a threat to the multibillion-dollar medical industry that not only relies on continued sickness but also needs it to profit from it.

Dr. Sebi’s death was highly controversial and many believe that he was taken out for his work in allegedly curing AIDS and cancer.

According to the Root,

On May 28, 2016, Dr. Sebi was arrested at Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport in Honduras for carrying some $37,000 in cash. He was released pending a court hearing, only to be rearrested June 3 by the Ministerio Público, Honduras’ version of the FBI, and charged with money laundering. Dr. Sebi remained in custody until Aug. 6, when he was rushed to a local hospital reportedly suffering from complications of pneumonia. Dr. Sebi died en route. He was 82.

Just last year, Hussle went on the Breakfast Club radio show and talked about his documentary on Dr. Sebi.

“I am working on doing a doc on the trial in 1985. When Dr. Sebi went to trial in New York because he put in the newspaper that he cured AIDS. He beat the case. Then he went to federal court the next day, and he beat that case. But nobody talks about it,” he said.

While this may sound outlandish, it is based in truth. In 1985, Dr. Sebi was running ads in several publications saying that “AIDS has been cured.” When the New York State attorney instructed him to stop the ads, he went to court.

In court, Dr. Sebi said he had cured every single one of his patients who received his treatment, so the judge asked him to bring just one of those patients in as evidence. Dr. Sebi brought in 77 of his healed patients and won the case.

When Hussle explained why he felt the need to do this documentary, he said, “I think the story is important. It’s a powerful narrative. Like if someone in this room said, ‘Hey, I cured AIDS.’ I’d be like yeah, right. And then I can show you an example of him going to trial and proving in court he proved AIDS, I’d be interested in it. More so than championing his products or explaining his methodology. Put some light on that case.”

Although yesterday it looked like this documentary may never have seen the light of day, that may all be changing now.

As TFTP previously reported, Nick Cannon is one of those individuals who has used his fame and fortune to help enlighten others by speaking truth to power. In an interview with VLADTV in 2017, Cannon shattered the left-right paradigm noting that politics are used to control the masses.

“All of that stuff, that’s bells and whistles dog. They set it up to wanna make you think that you are making a choice,” he said, referring to citizens voting for the presidential candidate of their choice. Going further, he shattered the two-party paradigm and stated both parties are corrupt and are only in it for the money and called politics “big business.”

“They divide us, so they can control us,” he said.
If this whole thing is some vast conspiracy to silence an alleged cure for cancer and AIDS, Nick Cannon is one of the most qualified individuals to pick up where Nipsey Hussle tragically left off.
