We all have positive and negative emotions inside us and we all want to control the negative emotions as much as we can. Getting angry or sad at something reasonable makes sense. However, overreacting on something is what many of us do and that's the real problem. When we get reactionary on something, that means we lose control of our life. In other words, if we get irritated or reactionary by something let's say criticism of others, it means they have control on our lives. Obviously, this is something you won't want to happen. Negative emotions keeps us from doing something positive as we utilize all our positive energy on the things on reacting to the bad things other people say about us. Different experts take on this subject differently. I'll focus on Tony Robbins' approach towards negative emotions.

According to Tony, we can set the tone of our day in the morning through Priming. Priming is sort of action plan for any day and it requires 10 minutes of your time. The activities are 8 in total.

10 minutes a day in the morning is not difficult. So, anyone of us can easily do it. Also, the actions during this time are not difficult and you can do it without going to gym.

Priming lies in the basis of our positive or negative activities like overreacting to something because we set our expectations to something and when it does not happen that exact way, we start feeling bad about it. So, mastering priming technique requires setting and resetting our moods.
