Increasing Brain Performance: The Fruits and Vegetables you Have to Consume
According to new research, eating certain vegetables and fruits can dramatically increase brain performance.
The leader of this study, Dr. Tamlin Conner, a psychologist at the University of Otagos, New Zealand, says health campaigns are mainly focused on the amount of fruits and vegetables that people need to consume - five days a day
However, this study, published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology, has revealed that for a better mental health, it is important to consider how different products are prepared and consumed.
Scientists say foods that are associated with good mental health are carrots, bananas, apples, spinach, cabbage, citric fruit, kiwi and cucumber.
But scientists say that these foods should be consumed the way they are (the better when you get them directly from the coffin) without being cooked at all because such processes reduce the levels of nutrients to the fruits and vegetables.
