Unfortunately, I didn't take many photos. We only stopped for 15 minutes at the castle that day and it was getting dark. I hope to return some day because I want to go inside too
I wish that too, now the building is owned by the Metropolitan Church of Moldavia they restored it after some old photos and turned it into a museum. During the communist period, it was used as a warehouse for explosive and later turned into an orphanage and it has gradually degraded during this time. So I'm really glad that now we can visit.
So sorry for the late reply. Finding it hard to keep up now. So pleased this building wasn't destroyed. Imagine using a building like this as a warehouse, and of all things for explosives!
Thanks for sharing the pictures of Miclauseni Castle and a little information about it. I wish more people would share more information/history of their photos here on steemit.
I agree with you, I love when pictures have also some information or a story maybe. I'm just trying to show the world what a beautiful country Romania is. :) Thank you for your visit.
Very interesting story and good photos @ananuaremere. I hope you have more of them.

Great debut @ananuaremere :)
Hey, thanks for the visit! :)
BEAUTIFUL ornate work over the windows. Hope you do have the chance to go back and have more time to photograph inside the castle.

Glad you like it!
Avem o Românie frumoasă!
Asta e clar! Trebuie sa apreciem mai mult frumusetea ei si sa o protejam :)
Excellent, as always! I want to live in a castle. :-)
Ohh, noo! Castles are dusty and you'll have to clean all the time, plus the heating is expensive. :))
How very interesting
Glad you like it!
I almost miss your story and photos @ananuaremere. Please forgive me, they are resteemed and in the DPS of June 19th.
Thank you again for the DPS and resteem ...I'm happy you like my photos :)

Before being at Steemit, I hadn't seem any photographs of Romania. I had no idea about how beautiful your country really is @ananuaremere
Awesome! I love your photography!
