In the very near future...
I can't help but think...
In the very near future, with the way things are going...
All of this global tension.
All of these conflicts, divides, fear, pending natural disasters, political tension, economy uncertainty, constant citizen surveillance, identity theft, taxation without representation..... I think you get the point...
I think that much more at play than BCN going down in price by 50% (Not unusual for a free, unregulated cryptocurrency market) and getting delisted off of 2 exchanges.
(that, mind you, both of which listed BCN on their platform in the last 6 months).
Binance- May 8th, 2018
OKEx- July 4th, 2018
I think there is way more we should be considering.
Cryptocurrency is known as a financial hedge, as it represents decentralization.
So with the way things are going, (if we don't destroy ourselves first, of course) people will be surrounded by technology, with digital everything, connected devices everywhere, and public everything.
Before you know it- with the exponentially growing "connected-ness", EVERYONE would eventually come to the inevitable conclusion that privacy is an absolute MUST. (or whatever is left of it at that point)
What part do you think digital assets would play in society by that time?
Do you see your favorite crypto being amongst the ones that remained relevant in the future?
Does it have the properties that reflect what a true medium of exchange (aka. money) should represent?
As a matter of fact, now that we're talking about this...
What characteristics do YOU want to see in a cryptocurrency?
Woah... that's a lot of food for thought we have here...
Anyways, my friends- "Knowledge is Power."
Stay well rounded in these crazy days O_o and don't get distracted by the events that shouldn't be the main focus.
Before it used to be only the #media that would distract you... now you have to watch out for the #SocialMedia
Stick to #FirstHandSources and #Intuition
