Quesillo venezolano decorado
Receta de Quesillo
Hoy quiero compartir una receta que nos gusta mucho aquí en Venezuela al igual que en otras partes del mundo este postre se llama quesillo, es como un flam pero con una consistencia diferente muy sabrosa y con pocos ingredientes espero que te guste y lo hagas a continuación explicaré con imágenes los pasos
- Leche condensada
- 5 huevos
- 5 cucharadas de azucar
- tambien se le agrega un chorrito de rom esto es opcional en esta receta yo no le agregue ningun tipo de licor
- Leche puede ser liquida o en polvo
*Vainilla
- L a rayadura de un limon
- Una licuadora para mezclar
- Y una quesillera
Bueno, estos son todos los materiales que necesitamos para hacer este delicioso postre, ahora vamos a hacer lo siguiente: en el bote de quesillo agregamos 5 cucharadas de azúcar y 3/4 de agua, y lo ponemos en la cocina a fuego lento, se derretirá y se formará un color oscuro, trata de cubrir toda la olla con el caramelo y déjalo enfriar, tendrás algo así.
Y ahora mezclamos todos los ingredientes en la licuadora por tres minutos, luego hay que poner la mezcla en la olla de quesillo, luego tienes que poner la olla pequeña donde está la mezcla en la olla grande y llenarla con agua hasta la mitad de la pequeña olla y cúbrelo aquí te dejaré una foto de cómo debería ser, luego debemos encender la cocina, se cocinan a fuego alto y hay que estar al tanto del nivel del agua para agregarle más siempre tiene que llegar al centro de la olla pequeña el tiempo de que dura de coccion el quesillo es de 1 hora y 15 minutos
Después de 1 hora y 15 minutos se saca la tapa de la olla y con un palo de madera se introduce en el quesillo si sale limpia porque está lista, se deja enfriar y se desmolda, luego se pone para refrigerar, se puede dejar así, en esta ocasión decidí decorarlo en otra publicación. Explico cómo preparar la decoración, la decoración está hecha con trufas de coco y azúcar derretido.
