SWEET CAKE

** Material : **
130 grams of flour prot.sedang
1.5 tbsp of granulated sugar
1 egg
20 gr margarine melted
1 tbsp milk powder
Pasta Pandan to taste
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 tsp of instant yeast
170 ml of clean water
TOPPING:
DCC grated + Chocolate rod flavor greentea + SKM to taste.

** HOW TO MAKE : **

  1. mix dry ingredients set aside
  2. beat eggs and sugar until dissolved sugar whisker then add dry ingredients add water little by little stir well until no wisp of flour last insert pasta pandan stir again add margarine stir well until no bergerindil, leave 1jam an cloth cap
  3. heat the teflon with low heat until hot (teflon with zinc yes not cepet burned, I use a baking pan that is not wearing) after a hole sprinkle sugar close briefly then lift basting margarine love toping according to taste..
