How to do Banana cake
An economic and very easy cake to make ideal for the snack when we have to use those bananas that are already well ripe in the fruit bowl.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
2 eggs
4 tablespoons corn or sunflower oil
1 tablespoon. essence of vanilla or cinnamon powder
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour rising
3 stepped bananas
Milk amount needed (approximately a little less than 1/4 cup)
sugar to sprinkle amount needed
Optional:
3/4 cup chopped nuts
chocolate chips
raisins without seeds or 1/2 cup of grated dried coconut
Steps:
In a bowl beat the eggs together with the oil and the essence, then add the sugar, sifted flour and bananas stepped next to some extra ingredient that you want to add the options.
Add a little milk in case the mixture is too hard and loosen it a little.
We pour everything in a mold for cake with tube in the middle, sprinkle the entire surface with sugar and cook at 180º in a pre-heated oven for about 40 to 45 minutes, check its cooking with the stick trick and remove from the oven.
We let the intense heat pass and unmold on a rack until it cools.
Approximate time of preparation 50 minutes.
