I may not agree with all your critique to steem, but I am respecting that you are doing the fork and some of your improvements are looking pretty good. Count me in if you want me in :) Happy to host a witness if some are needed.
Witnesses are needed. We need 11 to operate the network, at minimum, according to what @xanoxt told me.
It may be a while before I have the binaries built, and we need to rebrand the front end. But, I don't think that will take long. There is some decent chances that amongst the Bulgarians I am friends with, someone knows people, and there is also folks working on getting funding to pay for the work.
Most of the changes are deletes, or massive simplification, so I hope that means it won't take as long to do. I am supposed to be working on some scripts to build the server so that it can be run on windows, linux or macos, with very little work. Specifically also I will be writing a script to automate configuration. Yeah. I know you are a witness. I know you did half that work for yourself. It won't be needed for Calibrae.
