RE: Canada Election 2019

Canada is a bad place to pirate the coast of. Sheer walls, very defensible....kidding.

Canadians as a people, are something of a mystery to me. In Texas, Canadians are polarized as super-liberal hyper-northerners who are snooty and weak. Or you hear from Texans, less often, how superior Canada is to all of the US. Which means I'm never getting the real story.

As far as their politics..facepalm

I think Canada would be a great place in north america for anarchy to start. I think places like Quebec would handle it well. Maybe not at first, growing pains of course, but they have a strong sense of culture. They seem to like things to be pleasant and are industrious about it. Could be wrong, like I said, I'm no expert on Canadians.

As far as voting goes...vote with your dollar. It's a convenient myth to believe that "your part in society" is to show up a couple of days out of the year and tick a box for what you want to happen. It's a joke.

Maybe you're anti-war but your taxes are funding the war, and you're OK with that because you ticked a box that said you didn't like war. Why would they care what you like or say you intend when your actions speak otherwise? That's like the chick in high school who tells captain of the friendzone, "I like you because you're so nice" and then hops in the truck with captain douche-canoe to go screw around in his lake house.

You think douche-canoe really cares about her saying that she likes the nice guy? Sorry nice guy, it's good to be nice, but you need to stop expecting freebies because you mean well. Douche-canoe just does what he knows makes her clothes come off.

Actions, not words. Daily habits, not aspirations. Decisions, not intentions. These are how you vote.
