Politics: Canadian socialism in a nutshell
MP Pierre Poilievre is one of the few in canadian parliament with the ability to articulate well what is going on.
Here is a link to his speech:
For my 2 cents, I would like to add that this is always the case with any form of socialism. They believe in a two tier system, though they don't admit to it easily. They claim to be in favor of the 'working class', all the while implicitly referring to capital being governed by another group of people. Those who support socialism intend to be a part of that implicit group which rules over capital and takes care of the poor working class children (this is how they think of the working class, probe for your self if you do not believe me).
Canada is not a socialist country, not by any means. It's a neoliberal haven for corporations and the rich people that own them.
Pierre Poilievre is a Conservative, far right-wing party, commenting on a right of centre Liberal government. When the Conservatives were in power a few years ago, they did exactly what Poilievre is complaining about here in this video.
The two tier is happening because Canada is NOT a socialist country, but a capitalist country run by neoliberals.
