A vaccine approach to fight cancer was used in recent mice studies. It was so successful at destroying the tumors they are now starting human clinical trials. If successful in humans, this would be a thousand times better than present day use of chemotherapy. Using the bodies own immune system to devour a tumor is better than injecting just enough poison to kill the tumor without killing the patient. I hope for all families who have been touched by the scourge of cancer that this is the breakthrough we have all been waiting for.
