Heroine, cocaine, SUGAR...
Sugar is processed, bleached, overused and abused to the max... when everything has sugar added to it these days it’s close to impossible to cut it out completely unless you entirely live off natural home cooked foods.. I️ have almost entirely conformed to this way of living but it is very difficult.
SO HERES MY FAVORITE SUGAR CRAVING KILLER HACK:
12 oz h2o
Tsp APPLE CIDER VINIGAR
SIMPLE AS THAT, it works almost immediately...
To spice it up I️ add cayenne pepper, tumeric & pepper for a immune boost, energy boost, anti inflammatory spring!!
(YOUVE HEARD THIS BEFORE, start doing it and you will definitely feel the benefits.)
I️ pre make a water bottle with a splash of vinigar to take with you on the go, when sugar cravings hit your prepared!!!
FOLLOW WITH A HEALTHY SNACK- my go to is raw or salted nuts- carrots and hummus- or frozen blueberries!
For those who look at these suggestions and think that will never do- try 6-7 raw fruits or veggies in one sitting- guarantee you can fill up and feel satisfied with raw veggies and fruits!!!
(Side note I️ do not recommend fruits for those with candida overgrowth or anyone who show symptoms of it - its Far too common so don’t ignore your body’s asking for help! Not really sugar!!! start acting now!!! 💜💭peace dudes
