The final steps of veg
This is a brand new room I am in the process of finishing. These plants are getting acclimated while I put the finishing touches on. We have maybe a week before I change the light cycle and start to flower them. All of the plants are Gorilla glue 4 (GG4). I find it much easier to control growth and diagnose problems if I run a whole room of the same variety.
You can see in the pictures that I have my irrigation hooked up. I use a product called Tropf Blumats. A ceramic cone measures the moisture level in the soil and will apply water via a drip hose when needed. These drippers need to be watched but save me a lot of time in the end.
I am using green velcro strips to hold the branches of the plants down. This is called LST (low stress training). It is considered low stress compared to other techniques such as super cropping and topping. This redistributes the auxin hormone from the top growing tip to lower ones. In turn this creates a more bushy plant. You will see in the future why this is important.

Looks good brother! We are thinking about growing, and you are giving me some ideas! I live in California and the cannabis is flowing! Thanks for the post I upvote and follow all my 420 friends. Looking for a few new follows myself

Let me know if you have any questions. I love talking about this. Most of the growers I am in contact with in California are not happy about the new laws. How do you feel about them?
Sadly due to taxes now an eighth of the primo bud can put you back 80$!!!! For an eighth!! I fear the black market will take advantage of this severe tax. All the old medical recs are now also not good for the 20% tax break... you have to get a new state approved medical license.... for roughly 180$ then... then you get the privilege to buy cannabis with just sales tax......at 9% which i was fine with before the first of the year.... hopefully the money will be used well?...
Bummer. That makes growing your own look that much better.
Setup looks real deal
Thanks so much, I've been working really hard to make this happen.
I'll hit you if I need tips one day. Appreciate ya. Following you
