Why do people like Tesla cars?
Why is Tesla so Popular?
Unless you have been living under a rock this past year, you have probably read or heard something about Tesla, the California based electric car company. Tesla has been doing some truly revolutionary work, and has seemed to single handedly revitalize the electric car industry that looked to be hanging on by life support just a few years ago. Now, there are thousands that have signed up for a vehicle that won’t be out for another year, and it has left many wondering “Why is Tesla so popular?” and how have they grown so fast in such a small amount of time.
Unmatched Technological Features:
This isn’t just saying that Tesla vehicles are more technologically advanced than other electric vehicles out there today. We are saying that Tesla vehicles are far and away more technologically advanced than any other vehicle on the road, gas or electric. Everything, from the all-electric powertrain that has a range of over 290 miles on the Model S to its Autopilot feature that actually lets the car drive itself with no assistance, is something that every other car manufacturer is in envy of.
Actually Visually Appealing to Customers
Before the Tesla Model S, you could easily be traveling down the street and tell which vehicles were electric and which were not. With the Model S, people are having a harder time figuring out which luxury car brand it is since they aren’t familiar with the Tesla logo yet. This is a vehicle that is sleek and sexy. It looks more at home parked alongside a row of Porsche cars than it does next to a group of electric cars. Making the electric car “cool” is one of the biggest reasons why Tesla is so popular now.

Whether it is the sporty Model S, or the spacious new Model X SUV, the excitement that you get from driving one of these electric Tesla vehicles remains the same. The Tesla Model S goes from 0-60 in 2.8 seconds, while the Model X does the sprint in 3.2. Where else are you going to find an SUV that goes 0-60 in 3.2 seconds? Nowhere other than Tesla, because it wasn’t afraid to push the boundaries of what an electric car or SUV can achieve.
Continues to Push the Boundaries
Whether it is developing a new, affordable midsize sedan (the Model 3), or developing new technologies for its current vehicles, Tesla never stops pushing the boundaries of what its vehicles can achieve. Whether this is developing innovative active safety technologies or designing a medical HEPA filter designed to keep even bioweapon pollutants out, Tesla will continue to push the boundaries, and customers love it!
