What should I do if my rental car is stolen?

If you find that your rental car has been stolen, immediately report the matter to the police. You should also notify our team here at Al Emad as soon as possible about Dubai rent a car.

What happens if there's an accident in my rental car or breakdown?
If you find that your rent a car Dubai has been damaged, breakdown or stolen, immediately report the matter to the police. You should also notify our team at Al Emad JLT as soon as possible about rent a car in Dubai.

Our Team will provide & arrange for a replacement rent car Dubai to be provided, should it be required.

AL EMAD JLT offers 24hr breakdown and roadside assistance with all car rental packages. If a vehicle is involved in an accident, the car should not be moved, unless the damage is minor and the vehicle is causing an obstruction.

The customer should call the police (999) and stay with the vehicle, provided it is safe to do so. A police report will have to be submitted to AL EMAD JLT, so we can make an Insurance claim.

Please note that insurance cover is void if a valid police report is not provided.
