A Trip to The Beach Turned Into a Grand Prix (Car pic photo dump + some monkeys)

Took a day trip to Bangsaen beach today which sits around 1 hour and 20 minutes from Bangkok, While approaching I saw sign after sign regarding the Grand Prix that was taking place this weekend. A GP right next to the beach?? I don't think my wife was nearly as excited as I was.

It was completely free to enter and you could get right up close to the pitlane and the cars as they were exiting.

Podium was pretty dull for the eco series..stuck around looking forward to some champagne throwing but unfortunately they carried the bottles off.

And we swung by "Monkey mountain" on the way back to Bangkok. Thousands of monkeys about and they got a kick out of holding up traffic. This one didn't want to get out of the way.

This guy decided to jump onto my mirror and then onto my roof!
