Today with the car that was one of the most important in the history of Bugatti

The car? The Bugatti Type 57

This model was manufactured from 1934 till 1940 and there were only 685 units released.

Powered by the 3.2L flat 8 cylinders of 140 HP for the basic version and 220 HP for the "S" version.

For the first time, this model was shown at the Paris Motor Show in 1933.

Did you know?

This car won the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1937.

The price? It was sold on the auction in Paris for 370 BTC in 2009.

220HP was a ton of power back then. Impressive car, good find.

Beautiful car! Guess what? My buddy worked one, but it wasn't real. It was a replica made from an actual Bugatti though.
