KEEPING YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKE WHILE DRIVING DOWNHILL

Most drivers keep a foot on the brake while driving downhill so as to be able to stop it at any moment. This causes brake system overheating and wearing out of brake pads. Next time when driving downhill, change to a lower gear and initiate engine braking and this will reduce the speed of the engine and prevent the car from gaining more speed as you go down the hill when this is done you will hear a very scary noise....don't get scared it's pretty normal...
RUNNING A COLD ENGINE AT HIGE REVS

Most modern enginers don't need warming up. The engine shouldn't been ran at more than 2,000 revs until the operating temperature is indicated by the gauge and in freezing condition keep the engine running for 1 to 2 minutes before pulling away.
NEGLECTING THE USE OF HANDBRAKES

When your car is parked and automatic transmission on a slope all the load falls on the rock the lock gear of the output gear shaft on the box. Whether you are driving a manual or automatic car is it always is your language so as to immobilibe the car.

REFUELING YOUR CAR WHEN YOUR FUEL TANK IS ALMOST EMPTY

When your car is not in use, mechanical impurities accumulates in the fuel tank and forms sediment at the bottom. The impurities get into the filter and pump, thereby causing damage. Always leave your tank at least half-filled during dry seasons to avoid formation of large amount of condensate.
READING YOUR HAND ON TUES GEAR STICK

This is a bad habit given the fact that both hands are needed to drive. This is not the only reason why you should not place your hand on the gear stick.. The little pressure that is applied on the gear stick displaces synchronises and gears and this leads to problems with shifting gears. Whether you driving a manual or an automatic car, this habits should be avoided so as to prevent the huge expenses that come with transmission repairs.
When you engage in any of the habits stated above, you damage your car gradually which will result in excess spending, your life will also be endangered..... From now on, whenever youu are driving, try to avoid the habits stated above... Drive safely to give your car a good life span and also avoid accident..
