THE SECRET TO REAL WEALTH

in #cash7 years ago (edited)

Wealth “Having a large amount of money or possessions”. That is the definition that most people think of. However, I will give you another definition which is much, much more important to know: Wealth: “The ability to survive a certain number of days forward”. ROBERT KIYOSAKI:

If I were to ask you which would you rather have Wealth, or a lot of Money?
I'm sure a ton of people would look at me like I missed the boat for not realizing that they're the same thing.

Here's the thing, Wealth and Money are NOT the same thing.

Lets take a look at this a bit deeper.

I feel we have all been sucked into some kind-of mass delusion. Its like we are all trying to get away from slavery by running into slavery. The slavery I speak of is the slavery of Money.

Money Is An Illusion

If you look at things at their most basic level, and see them for what they really are. Money is not even a necessity for your day to day survival. Everything you NEED for survival God has given you freely on the land. Fruit grows on trees, vegetables grow from the ground. The sun is free, the water is free... If we are really looking at this, it seems the only things we are seeking money for is to upgrade our standard of living.. Namely the amenities that we have come to learn to enjoy.

We all want fancy big houses, and nice clothes, and cars. The problem is, the only way you can get that stuff is with ... You guessed it .. Money!

So, in order to get this "Money" we decide to sell ourselves into slavery. We get up at 7am to be at work by 8am and work until 5pm. We continue this pattern for 5-6 days out of the week to get a piece of paper that represents' a bunch of sheets of paper totaling a certain amount of numbers which in reality isn't enough or even close to near what you're actually worth. You end up accepting the check, but unhappy with the total because its not what you're worth and internally you can't believe you settled for such a measly amount.

You sold yourself for money... You prostituted yourself for money.

So lets say you accumulate a LOT of this money, You're a hundred thousandaire, or even a millionaire. Here's the problem!

Money/Cash It loses it's value over time, it's hard to manage in bulk, and it is even subject to decay through the elements. Money doesn't even have intrinsic value beyond the borders of the country it was printed in and the emotions the populous have agreed to attribute to it... Money/Cash, are worthless. Even if you have a ton of them.

WEALTH.
Wealth however, has intrinsic value and it retains this value no matter where you are. Wealth is something that can be transferred and can add value to your life beyond sitting in an account somewhere. See money / cash is nothing more than a medium of exchange that allows you to purchase real assets of wealth.

What are these assets ? Well, Food, Clothing, Shelter, Protection, Health.

I propose to you today, that any person who has an abundance in those few things has amassed a degree of wealth that no amount of money could ever pay for.

Imagine if you have an abundance of food, What need do you have to work to buy food?
If you have an abundance of clothing or shelter or protection.. You have no need to work a job to amass cash to get those things.

See don't be confused, You don't "work" your job to get money to spend on things. You work your job to get money to invest into building wealth. Our society has created this mass delusion that the reason we work is to amass a butt load of cash.. Even in the alt-media that seems to be the message.. "get a ton of cash so you can be safe from coming trials".. Heres the thing, When your cash is worthless, and your gold/silver aren't exchangeable what do you have? You haven't amassed ANY true wealth..

So i challenge you my readers, to stop living to amass a ton of cash or money... Stop chasing paper. So what if you hit it big on the next ICO.. What good is 100,000,000 if your money is worthless and can't buy your health, or food, or clothing...

Be wise, amass real wealth.. Not just cash

Good post. I agree sometimes people take it too far. I actually see money as a score card of the value one provides. I hope to earn a lot so I can do alot, not just for me but for my family and two very important causes I care about. Plus I want to live on a ranch surrounded by alpacas.

Thank You for your reply! i definitely get where you're coming from! That ranch house sounds GREAT!!
